What sets us apart is our commitment to sustainability. By using 100% soy wax, we minimize our environmental impact, as soy is a renewable resource that burns cleaner than traditional paraffin wax which can be derived from petroleum, coal, or shale oil. We do not add any toxic additives. All natural soy wax centered with paper woven cotton wicks.

Our scents are infused with essential oils, 100% free of carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and are free of phthalates (plastic chemicals), making them safe for you and your loved ones. 


Shipping + Returns 


When it comes to shipping and returns, we at Martin + Alyse Candle Co. strive to provide the best experience for our customers. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner and having a hassle-free return process are important factors when shopping online. That's why we have implemented the following policies to ensure your satisfaction:

Shipping

  • Fast and Reliable Delivery: We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your candles are delivered to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Holiday season can be 5-8 days) While we do our best to have fast turn around, these are estimates and can not be guaranteed. [Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method used.]
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and know exactly when it will arrive.

Returns

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your candles, please contact us directly within 3 days of the date you received your order. We will work diligently to help resolve any issue, simply contact us with your order details.

​Summer Shipping Schedule

Please be aware your candles can be affected by exposure to hot temperatures of 90+ degrees for excessive lengths of time. Delivery trucks are not climate controlled. Please keep this in mind when ordering candles in the summer months. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Between June 1st + September 30th we will focus on shipping orders out Monday-Wednesday. This is in hopes your candles will not be sitting in hot warehouses/trucks over weekends. Soy wax is a very soft wax, if kept in hot weather for long periods of time may affect the integrity of the candle.
